She did this right around the release time of Wicked and the pink and green lights behind her I think are paying homage to Wicked and if I'm not mistaken, I heard Stephen Schwartz talking and he used this melody (the original from Wizard of Oz) in a different rhythm as the basis of a lot of the song What Is This Feeling in Wicked to pay hommage to the Wizard of Oz.
