+1 on non return valve also why so many plates for lw are you chasing neutral? what size holes in plates can you do solids ie grain mash?

Steam stripping. I've often wondered how well one would work on booze. I imagine a system like this would be very efficient at stripping but what sort of max proof can you get by only stripping? Do you reach a system limit where you can't get any higher?

I imagine you need a rectifier to hit the really high distillate numbers.
