Don't get me wrong, I know Bronya is suffering and going through a lot right now. But Seele is well on her right to disregard it and talk back like that. Her people are dying and searching for scraps to survive.
I never liked when people call Seele rude through the story because of her attitude, when she is mouthing the person responsible for her people's suffering. Maybe not her, but them.
