Terry Keays had potential to be a really good player, but didn't live up to expectations. Keays did have a great start to Richmond after crossing from Collingwood where apart from that great mark & goal, he kicked quite a few goals early in 1991 including 7 goals in one of the matches but faded quickly from the Richmond team and he left Richmond at the end of his second year in 1992. Keays did win a reserves best & fairest at both clubs though.
