How a blended finance offering by ADB sponsored an e-mobility transport project in India (Full Talk)

ADB is financing the replacement of diesel fuel dirty buses with 250 electric buses between major cities in India. But financing this project presented challenges because the cash flows of the project were linked to the build-up of passenger traffic & ticket prices, and the leverage of the project because of uncertainties and project revenues.
