-All Assassins and AD scalling champs build it 'cause it's cheap;
-All buyers get and absurd increase on win rate because of Umbral's buffs;

Idk if they gave Naafiri's pack mates the same treatment as Yorick, but if not, Olaf is a REAALLY fun champ to play against her! His Q one shots all her pack mates, if it also hits her, he has the sustain to survive her (unless she's SUUUPERRR fed) damage and kill her. Aside from that, he just got buffed, so I'm pickin up Olaf jung again
