Context:
My spouse is a first year Resouce teacher. This was a mid life career change. She was hired as a resource teacher as a first job with the district. We have experienced the IEP process as parents of an Autistic son. She is now jumping into the process as a Resouce teacher. I’ve never seen someone asked to do so much with so few resources, for various reasons. ( me talking not her)

Are their any resources for people like her? IEP related.
She is under tremendous stress.
