For some reason, my airfryer needed an software update and when i did update the airfryer the screen moved upwards is there any possible way to fix it?

Washing the tray/pan exactly as you in the video, caused water to enter in the space between the two window glasses, is not too much but I ignore how to remove it. Water drops are still there visible while I'm cooking and at the beginning there were some steam too. Any suggestion to help me? Is this normal?
