Cheating on your spouse may be immoral, but it's not illegal. Blackmail, however, is illegal. All the guy has to do to win this case is present the threatening msg she sent to him.
Also, who else would have access to the security footage? 🤷‍♂
Not only should she be held liable in the civil case, but she should face criminal charges as well.
