I got a new NIU GTS 3 weeks ago and since then I have received about 40 error vibration alerts and Trunk open alerts. The software has some serious bugs and for that reason I won't be investing in anything else that could give more issues on the App. Apart from that I absolutely love my scooter.

Mine started rusting and loosing it's paint after 6 months. They claim I haven't washed it. Endless list of errors, like alarm going off non stop, error162 won't start, sudden loss of power, shaking in steering wheel, loss of battery power, steering lock doesn't work, seat lock stopped working. Worst thing I've ever bought.

I can't recommend this product, I've been phaffing around with these two little items for 3 hours it's ridiculous, it shouldn't be this f*cking complicated
