I'm 26 and kind of dealing with teenage crazy breakouts lol... they're not like huge but because I can't stop picking at my skin I think it looks worse than if they were huge but left alone. I suspect it's a combination of my period changing (as in, stuff surrounding my period are slightly changing so I suppose there is a hormonal change) and these protein shakes I've been taking without exercising... lol
