I was told by someone who worked at Quaker Steak and Lube that they boil their wings before they season and deep fry them. It makes them crispier, and they don't burn in the oil since they're mostly cooked due to the boiling. They're also much juicier inside too.

looks good however I could do with out the wing tip, and the feathers on most of the wings. i will have to try this.. excluding the above mentioned =0)

Deep fried = dried. My sweet and sour recipe for oven baked wings is as juicy as it gets! :)

How about removing all the hair from the wings?Its like basics before cooking the wings.Unless you know someone who actually enjoys hairy wings? Because most people dont.
