I started playing LOL about 3 weeks ago, can someone tell me how does he move then stop, shoot, move stop shoot and so on so quickly? Is it the "a" button and a lot of practice? Or is there some option to change?

He says E has zero combat value, however I have turned many fights against people who plan to use bush cheese to turn the fight making their brush useless. It is an amazing utility in combat.
