Oppo A96 unboxing and review. Oppo A96 goes for N159,900 or $280. It comes with the Snapdragon 680 and 8GB of RAM that can be expanded to 13GB of RAM through RAM Expansion. For the build quality, the rear and frame are made from plastic while the front is made from glass with no corning gorilla glass protection. The display is a 1080P IPS LCD and it refreshes at 90Hz. Performance of the Oppo A96 is decent, it is can play games like PUBG, call of Duty, and Genshin Impact. Multitasking is also good on this smartphone thanks to the 8GB of RAM that can be expanded to 13GB of RAM through Memory expansion.

I honestly feel Oppo put more thought into the A93 than this. These days most companies are parading very incompetent chipsets and posing as good budget devices
For the price rather get a Redmi note 10 or 11s or pro

Its display looked like Amoled to you because you forgot to mention it is an IPS Display but has wide p3 color gamut like Amoled hence the vibrance is similar. idk why noone is mentioning that and amoled colors can deteriorate, this dont.

I got this phone about 6 weeks ago and I have not gotten over the euphoria of its performance yet. It surpassed my expectations. For someone who used to take his power bank everywhere, I'm yet to understand that i can actually go a whole day without charging my phone. I just do a top up 30 minute charge or less if im leaving my office and that's it. Cameras are 🔥; the display is great; smooth and seamless performance; this phone as at today offers greater value than most phones in the range of 250-300k with the same specs

The a93 released 2 years ago comes with an Amoled panel and an in display fingerprint with a decent camera I think the a96 is of lower value and I was thinking of an upgrade guess I'm gonna hold my phone for another year it's time to buy powerbank 😎
