Put an ice cube in liquid nitrogen, then put the ice cube in water and see how much bigger it gets.

Could you try to freeze some different types of fabric plz

Yeah he's right. Not only are gloves not necessary. They're actually taboo when playing with liquid nitrogen. If you spill liquid nitrogen on a night trial glove. It could freeze the glove to your skin.

I love how Nate is carrying on Grant's legacy better than The King Of Random channel.

We have done a ton on LN shows for scouts, day cares, summer camps, etc. Tennis balls have never been interesting. Racquet balls are much more interesting, and they thaw quick enough for the kids to have a souvenir. Rubber balls (the kind with pictures printed on them) turned out to be fun, they broke like glass, the smaller ones froze faster and used less LN.

The rubber part inside is cracked apart but the glue and the fabric is holding it together just like a broken windshield

Curious what it looked like under the fabric. Like the frozen shatter lines vs just a regular tennis ball. I know it didn't give a satisfying shatter to some 😂😅 (and I'll admit I was also a little sad but I know not to expect everything to shatter) but I was a little more sad that that pesky fabric hid what DID happen lol.

Never put your balls into liquid nitrogen!!

It's kind of funny, when dealing with liquid nitrogen, it's way safer to not use gloves, as well as using a short sleeve shiet instead of a long one. Because if it touches skin in can quickly fall of f, but if it gets into fabrics or other materials it can stay while those fabrics touch you, it will damage your skin.

What about cotton candy dipped in liquid nitrogen?

We did this experiment in high school and the teacher threw the ball at the wall. It crushed pretty well, so we passed it around the room and one kid threw it and hit a girl in the eye and messed her up pretty badly.

Tennis ball has rubber inside so yeah it'll break from inside!

"What else should we freeze?"
Me: if I were to answer that, I'd wind up on a list, somewhere. 🤐

When we did this at the science museum, they used a pickle ball, which shattered into pieces. So cool seeing this as a kid

You could try freezing eraser's and see if they still work when they get warmed up again! 😁
