Is there a way to get the background boxes away when someone writes in chat? if people would write a lot of messages it would darken the stream and hide the gameplay.

im a little concerned over how many permissions it seems to ask for, being able to run commercials, and moderate and change a bunch of stuff it really has no need to.. is there maybe a less terrifying option that does the same thing?

Hey Grant! thanks for the video it was very helpful. I would like to add that you could change the background from white to match the color in OBS or any color you would like.
All you needed to do was to left click inside the chatbox and select INSPECT and on the right hand side of the pop up window you will see background-color under BODY.

If you right click and select inspect, you can change the background colour

I can't tell what I'm doing wrong but my chat won't show up. I assumed it was because I needed to start streaming but I noticed that you're recording, not streaming. So I tried that and it still didn't work. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I followed what you did step by step.
