Target and Dollar General are BUYS. Earnings ratios of 8% are good deals unless you think they are going out of business.

Yeah I think its fair. Not a hugely powerful grower in terms of earnings, but strong dividend and maybe they do buybacks I dunno. Great selection for a mature income-based portfolio, but not feeling the same tailwinds of WMT, COST being more focused on discretionary.

This guys a scrub. Trust me if you listen to him you are missing out on $. He said dont buy Mcd at $260 it ran up to 312 with a great dividend if you want to hold.
