As a German, I am literally sitting in my room with open Windows for hours rn, enjoying the 5 degree cold fresh air whilst being firmly wrapped up in my blankets.

When I was married, my husband ALWAYS kept our bedroom window opened to 2" 24/7 365 days a year.
27 years later after our divorce I kept up the habit of leaving a window opened by 2".
One day our landlord replaced the heater. After the installation of a new heater, the workmen forgot to re-attach the vent.
2 months went by before
I contacted the gas company to come out and check the gas heater thinking it was just a pilot light out.
That's when he told me about the vent, not being attached filling the house wih carbon dioxide. That 2" opened windowsaved mine and my daughter's lives!!
My Ex actually left some good things behind including our daughters. We were truly blessed!!❤❤❤❤❤❤😇
