Great video and I love the bottle sausage maker tip. What is that on the side of the plate at the end, is it mustard or some sort of mayonaise ?

The first time I ever tried making mici, I added a *little"* (varf de cutit) baking soda. During grilling, they started to mushroom...and mushroom, even after grilling. Turned into patties instead. My husband then said "na, gata, gata. Niciodata sa nu mai faci mici." Too bad my grandpa and uncle were experts at it. I never got the chance to assist the process. This was before youtube.

There isn't any mici without garlic. Period. If some of your friends doesn't enjoy it, too bad. Make it a Pizza night. Good recipe.

I have a question about the paprika, you say AB’s it’s also written spicy paprika. I only find sweet paprika or smoked paprika here in the US, also in Spain and Argentina since I’ve lived in all three countries . But we do have ground cayenne pepper 🌶️ is that what you meant? Thank you in advance for your wonderful recipe I’m preparing them for the weekend 🥰👍🏻

Some recepies say veal meat, or even lamb meat? Is it also possible? And I've seen some people say they should stay 20 days in the fridge?

What's your opinion of the ready-made frozen mici, such as those sold in Romanian food stores in the UK. I bought a brand called Aldis recently.

If proportions are important, then please note - 1kg of meat is equivalent to 2.2 lbs, not 3.3! That's 50% more meat
