AVEVA System Platform - Installation

Steps for installing AVEVA System Platform and the latest patch:

2. Open Product Hub section and search AVEVA System Platform. Click on the corresponding download link for the latest AVEVA System Platform version and start the download. Also, download the latest patch. We recommend the ISO
3. After the download, right-click on the installer, go to Properties and click Unblock
5. Read the Install Guide
6. Choose the applications and features you want to install
7. Choose your language
8. Read and accept the license agreements. If you don't see the window or can't accept, follow the steps in the video at 08:17
9. Enter the user name and password. You have to remember this user so we suggest writing it somewhere just to be safe
10. Determine if you need to install a SQL server or if the SQL Server Express is enough for your project
11. Install the product(s)
12. Follow the steps shown in the video at 12:13 to configure the application
13. Restart your machine
15. See the running services and stop them. Important: If you are in production, and you have a project running, you have to make sure that everything stopped. We would also recommend undeploying from the platform to be sure
