Covid-19 Mask Guidelines For Kids | Best Way to Wear a Mask | Protective Health Gear

Hi kids! Are you wearing your mask? We talk about Covid-19 safety tips specifically focusing on wearing your mask and how to manage it. It’s really very important and if you follow the guidelines set out by your government, the WHO and some tips in this video you can help to slow down the spread of Coronavirus and protect yourself and others during this pandemic.

Don’t be scared, be safe!

MASK GUIDELINES
Important to remember is that the mask alone, will not prevent you or others from catching the virus. Guidelines for using a cloth mask are as follows:

1. Wash and iron your mask
2. Wash your hands before putting the mask on.
3. Place the mask with the correct side facing your face
4. Cover your nose and mouth.
4. Make sure the mask is tight and fits well.
6. Once you have put on the mask, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE again until you take it off.
7. When you take it off, fold the mask inside out, hold it by the strings/elastic and place the mask in a container reserved for washing the cloth mask.
8. Wash your hands after you took off the mask.
9. Wash cloth masks with warm soapy water and iron.
10. Have 2 cloth masks so that you can wash one and have a clean one ready for use.
