Huawei eNSP Basic Networking Series - Static Routing using 2 routers

Devices used are 2 routers, 2 switches (no configuration), 4 PCs. 3 networks in total. Static routing is done to configure the routers

why a ping between 2 hosts (example: PCs) on a huawei switch has such a high response time? How do I stay> 1ms?
