At 5:00 "visco-elasticity" is something else ! It is the property of a material or tissue, to NOT come back in its original shape or length, when a force is applied for a longer time (viscosity; like a thick fluid), and at the same time, when a force is applied only shortly, the material comes back in its original shape (elasticity).
