Colin, I remember you doing a vid on the built-in sync MX has, a few months ago. If you want an excellent cross platform app, I use Free File Sync which has a deb file so you can use it on at least a few distros - I use it across Peppermint 9 & Windows 7 & 8.1. By the way, it's also available in the MX repos. In my opinion, it's FAR easier than you having to colour code folders, manually one at a time.
