I love Koko Head Cafe because of their carefully crafted menu selections. The blend of ingredients are unique, and are mostly unique to Koko Head Cafe. I wish more of our brunch spots in Cali could meet these excellent standards.

This is the second time I’ve been to Koko Head Cafe, and I was super excited. The first time I went, I was already overwhelmed by the menu items I wanted to try. No, their menu isn’t crazy large; their menu is so well thought-out and diverse, that I had a difficult time settling on one order only.

The menu items we tried in this visit were:
🥚 Eggs Haloa: poached eggs on poi biscuit, coconut luau, sour poi hollandaise, and local greens
🥚 Black Sesame Yuzu Muffin
🥚 Dumplings All Day Wong - that day’s special was pork and tofu dumplings
🥚 Breakfast Congee - bacon, Portuguese sausage, heritage ham, soft poached egg, cheddar cheese, scallions, and cinnamon-bacon croutons

I need to revisit Koko Head Cafe over and over again until I can try every single entree on their menu item. This place is a gem, and I can’t wait to go back the next time I visit Oahu.
