I watched a quite bit of tutorials on Studio One, I must say you’re the best! I like how you explained things in detail and easy to understand.

Love your videos! I must admit; part of it is your accent. I’m from Michigan where we don’t have an accent…

Thank you for the Addictive Drums 2 tip! They are indeed hot by default, and using a template to gain them down with input controls is a great idea!

However, I don't like leaving the input controls on as they clutter the mixer. So I added a shortcut (Shift+I) to be able to toggle the input controls off and on as needed :)

Hey Mike, I'm your big fan, I came to this channel from your actual another channel Creative Sauce where I was mostly watching you overviewing plugins and some mixing tips. I'm switching to Studio One from Logic because I don't like a policy where you need upgrade your computer every year to get updated version of DAW... But I fount Studio One a great DAW too. And I like your channel - you explain a lot and I dig a lot from your videos. I would really appreciate, and I think lot of ppl here will share my thought and suggestion if you will make for us a mixing template and share it. Templates in Studio One are super basic, and I haven't fount any useful mixing template. So it would be super awesome.

Great videos as always, Mike, but why is it that it's impossible to ask a question and get an answer? :(((

Dear Mike, hope you read my message and have a chance to reply my question . I was a cakewalk user and started to use studio one recently . As a cakewalk user I use to record in sound on sound mode so able to record on the same track and continue recording also hearing the previous record. To be honest I am lost in studio one and could not find the solution.Because when i am starting to record I can not hear the previosly recorded part and when strectching the new record it is also erasing the old one (?) Not want to use layer mode. Is there an option to solve this problem and record sound on sound mode ?

Hello friend, I have a problem, when monitoring is turned on, the processor level is very unstable and there are peaks, regardless of the buffer level, I have an rme babyface pro fs card, an i5 12600k processor, I don't know what's the matter anymore, there was no such thing before reinstalling windows, maybe there is a solution to the problem? I apologize for my English, I am writing from a translator

Templates are great but there is a problem. When you start a new song and select the User section the ability to drag in your audio files disappears. I don't know why Presonus didn't include that option. It's there for Studio One Templates
