Possessive pronouns in German accusative case are exaplined in lesson 18 of German language course for absolute beginners. Accusative possessive pronouns receives a specific ending. Ending of accusative possessive pronouns in German language depends on the gender of noun in German language.
Possessive pronouns in German accusative shows the possession of something or someone. When an action is performed on the something or someone, then something or someone is considered to be in accusative case in German language. In this case we need to apply the rules of German accusative case. Since someone or something has a particular gender therefore, possessive pronouns in German accusative case take a specific ending.
If the gender of noun in German language is masculine, the possessive pronoun for German accusative case will be "meinen" for "my" is English language
If the gender of noun in German language is feminine, the possessive pronoun for German accusative case will be "meine" for "my" is English language
If the gender of noun in German language is neuter, the possessive pronoun for German accusative case will be "mein" for "my" is English language.
This shows that ending of possessive pronouns in German language depends on 2 factors.
1. The case in which the possessive pronoun is being used
2. The gender of noun.
Possessive pronouns in German accusative case where they perform action differ from the possessive pronouns in German nominative.

Sir i have confusion in example given by you sie liest ihr buch i got it the book is neutral so in accuastive it would be ihr but why sie comes with liest cuz there are 3 sie that is sie haben, sie habt, sir haben so how we will find out which one we sie we need to apply.
