I'm Thai and I don't think this is what Khao Soi means. Khao Soi ข้าวซอย is a noodle dish. Might be an error.

My brother use to eat raw sausage, he did that for years. He never got ill from eating it, maybe it helped his immune system.
I don't mind my beef on the rare side, I've never tried it completely raw, but I'm willing to give it a go. 👍
