Many ornamental flowers and cut flowers are TOXIC. ALWAYS do your own research and take responsibility for the plants that you introduce around your kids, pets, and everyone else. Use common sense when handling plant materials: wear gloves, always wash hands, avoid contact with face, etc. NEVER consume any plant which has not been positively identified with complete certainty to be safe and edible. Dahlias are my grandpa's favorite flower. He passed away in June 2021, so I enjoy seeing your lovely garden and remembering the good times! The close up shots especially remind me of the times long ago when he would walk me through his gardens, and show off flowers that were larger than my then seven-year-old head.

Just found your video. I'm in my 5 season in 2021 growing dahlia's. Started with 3 tuber in 2017 and my collection now is 52 . So addicting, BEWARE! I grow them in a 60' x 6 ft plot. I'll have to take pictures of all mine this year. Thanks for sharing. :)

29:01 Lilac Time... I imagine there are tutorials on how to create usable stems by doing some pruning during the season..
Might as well look into it for 'problem' species that you have.
