AI-Based Operating System, first run

I'm testing my first AI-Based Operating System approach in which the perceptive intelligence of my Artificial Intelligence asset called "Vector" can operate at "Kernel-Level" to scale elastically, execute run-time independent of the technology stack, and abstract the User-Space from specific operations that could be dangerous especially in absence of the right Sysdadmin Knowledges. The result is that by using an elasticity pattern paradigm, this operating system can scale easily by using multiple virtual nodes and autonomous management features that allows unlocking some advanced capabilities such as self correcting, self optimizing and auto scaling, very important especially inside large-scale infrastructures.
