Something you could do with the laundry room is, leave one wall with the wallpaper as an accent wall so some of it can still stay! It’s all going to look so good when it’s done!

You can always have someone make an exact copy of the wallpaper in the laundry room and then put up after everything is settled. I wish you best of luck with your new home and renovations 💗💗💗

With the laundry room something you can do is add paneling to the lower half like wainscoting or bead board with some nice trim up top. That way you can move the washer and dryer but keep the wallpaper and curtain.

Put a laundry folding station where the washer and dryer is and then you shouldnt see the change of the walls and if you have to put either ship lap or a chair rail 3/4 up the wall and paint the bottom of it

I'm so excited for renovation vlogs! I am glad you're not keeping that library thing. I agree it's a waste of space when it could be an office like you said for Capron. Otherwise, I think you could make it extra closet space for all your clothes because if you keep popping out kids you will need that extra bedroom!!

Rydell just repair the bottom walls in the laundry room with wood walls with trim I know there is a name for it but I can't think. But I'm sure there is a way to keep the upp walls with wallpaper and do something on the bottom.
You could also use the bookshelves in your school room for all the supplies etc. if they can salvage them

You could just remove the wallpaper on whichever wall they demo and paint it the same as the other rooms and then leave the other walls with wallpaper! An accent wall instead of all the walls! Love it!
