My name is Shuhaib Gurukkal. I have a doubt. How can we use “being” without auxiliary verbs. I have seen this kind of sentences in news reports.
Eg: Tribunal appointments being taken lightly: Supreme Court.
Is there any rule or it is just passive voice… sorry if I wrote anything stupid.
