Invicta: Empowering refugees to rewrite their futures

Meet Eden Tadesse, the driving force behind Invicta. The human rights activist and entrepreneur founded the award-winning digital platform to give refugees and internally displaced people the chance to improve their economic prospects. But it doesn’t stop with connecting refugees to work opportunities. As an agent of change, the 27-year-old Ethiopian wants to help shape labour and refugee policy so that individuals can heal from trauma, become better integrated into society, and secure a decent livelihood.
