We realized very quickly that there were many limitations and restrictions when it came to programming workouts at home and in small gym studios. Everyone had different equipment and workout spaces, there was no setup that made it adaptable to coach to a group and many people had difficulty understanding the variations and progressions to make training challenging, fun and motivating.
We knew we had to get creative to continue to make working out at home and in small studios, for clients and for coaches, a better experience. WELCOME TO STACKTRAX FITNESS!
