Duck Walk is a great exercise for improving your squat depth. Although very simple it has a lot of valuable applications. You can use it in the gym to try and warm your body up to maximum depth before you squat, as a conditioning tool after a leg session, as a part of a mobility circuit aimed at increasing your hip health and range of motion or even before a sporting event to get your leg muscles and ligaments primed and ready for a lot high intensity running or rapid change of direction work.
