I find this a bit hard to believe. Who in their right mind would want to live or work in NYC? I sure as well wouldn't.

Anyone interested NYC apartment let me know, we increase 3percent only this year due to raising cost of building maintenance not recoop lost earning during pandemic.Our aprtment 1, 600 East and West NYC.
