So what happens if you turn it off does it have rusting elements? i mean i would like to understand if it rusts or its like an engine oil or coolant?

My guess is that the fluid needs to be processed to be cooled (or else the fluid just will become hot), also needs to be filtered for contaminants to retain its non-electrical-conductive properties.
