This Sponge Cake is very tasty, fragile, tender and moist. Everything is done FAST in one bowl and directly in the oven. But the taste is WOWW that it makes eat without cream.

Ingredients:

For a pan of 16 cm in diameter

Eggs - 3
Sugar - 180 g / 3/4 cup + 2 tbs
Water - 300 ml
Sunflower oil - 90 ml
Rice flour - 150 g / 1 cup + 6 tbsp
Polenta flour - 120 g / ¾ cup
Almond flour - 120 g / 1 cup+ 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 15 g / 3 tsp
Vanilla
