How to make an Inside Out Joy Cake

Seriously I'm so thrilled with how this cake came out. Using a new technique, using styrofoam as a base rather than cake. It had it's advantages, being able to handle the face when working, but I think at the end of the day I missed carving the face from cake... do you have a preference?
