Worst Flooding in Bicol! Around Naga City Two Days after Typhoon | Jean's Vlogs

On October 22, 2024, a typhoon passed by the Bicol Region, and while we were not directly hit by the typhoon, the heavy rains brought heavy flooding in Naga City and the nearby municipalities.
This video was taken on October 24, two days after a storm hit Naga City which caused major flooding in the City. It shows the situation of Naga City which we were able to reach by car. There were some areas not yet safe to enter, like the city center itself.
Dubbed as the "Worst Flooding in Bicol in 30 Years", people found themselves in deep flood water due to the heavy rains and high tide from the river. The rains was very heavy which caused the Bicol river to overflow.
As of uploading this video, there are still areas in Naga City, and nearby municipalities that are submerged in floods.
We were thankfully spared from the flood.
