In Gensokyo, anything that is unused/forgotten in the Outside World will be transfered to Gensokyo, which is probably why she got that shake.
This meant that Reimu saw a weird purple drink near her shrine and her first thought is to drink it.

Or Yukari just brought it from the Outside world for the sole purpose of trolling Reimu

Context: The grimace shake was to celebrate Grimace from mcdonalds birthday so the company made a smoothie based off him. No theres no dangerous ingredients in it theres blueberries in it. Its just a regular smoothie but its really sweet so alot of people made comedy videos off of it like fainting, turning purple or going insane
