Good to see cotton buds being used. BUT if you didn't stab so deeply there wouldn't be so much blood, all the scalpel should be doing is breaking the blockage at the surface if the skin. Some of those pops could do with a 2nd or 3rd squeeze at different angles to empty the pore thoroughly.

You need to teach your clients, how to wash their faces very often, buy products and medicines and sell to them, that is a lot help, dont buy soap with fragrance, ask a dermatologist by advise in the products.
Also before any section put a small towel with warm water and all the pores coming out and you easily can do your job, before the leave, made them washes the face with freeze water to close the porous.
