I didn't know John's music before this performance on Jools Holland, happened to catch it and remember how fresh and funky I thought it was, sounded like nothing else on the show. He did 'Blues Run the Game' beautifully too. Turned me into a fan. I can't believe that was 10 years ago already. Next year I'll be seeing him for the second time live in London 😁
