Shit literally happened to me tonight. My buddy killed a scav and we heard the nade noise and shit ourselves because we didn’t know where he threw it. Never blew up.

i've noticed that if you shoot them as they throw it sometimes you can find the grenade and pick it up because the pin never got pulled.
