if you really want a good value pc, buy a used OEM pc from some corporation for about $200, it has good specs like 8-16gb ddr4, intel 8-10th gen (usually), and half terabyte storage ssd. the only logical thing to upgrade would be the gpu, but thats basically it. in total (with the gpu upgrade), you can easily get a $700-800 pc for only $400-ish. its really good, but really lacks looks
