I have seen color make a huge difference.

And just like that, this guy kills another fishing spot with his video. Drove by there the last couple of days and there are literally 20-30 guys standing elbow to elbow on those rocks, both sides of the bridge. Can't wait to see all the trash left behind. Congrats.

Good video bro. Yeah, you need to check out other places like that one and show how common it is to catch fish there this time of year. Again, great video!

All the lake near me are round like a circle in the river beds are full of high grass and gators i tried one bridge and saw a 10 foot gator almost walk up on it and across the river another big gator basking in the sun I just packed up and went home 😢

Great Vid. Lake Lavon has a very similar spot under the RR.

Show how great you are at fishing. Fish on a tidal river.

I fished that spot on Monday from a boat. Guys leaving the lake a 11am had a limit. I was able to only catch 4 after fishing very hard. I typically try to be at my spot when the sun rises. Live and learn I guess.

I use a floating fish basket when I may or may not keep fish. They stay lively and release without harm. I have fished crappie mostly with marabou jigs. Do you like plastic over feather jig?

I love the Sam's super sensitive rod's, I wish they made then in 14'. Nothing gets easier as you get older. All you can do is adapt and forge on. Thanks for sharing. PB

A good tool to have with you in those conditions and situation is a line-thru bobber set up. Put your stopper right where you need it for the proper depth, cast it up-wind and let the slight chop work your jig all along that run. Bobber tips or goes under, pull'em up. Way more time in the strike zone = more fish. Do yourself a favor and look up Zoom Baits Tiny Fluke in the color smokin shad and show us how you did on it.

nice video, that looks like Fort Gibson lake hwy.51 bridge

Try a bigger reel like a 2000 size your line wont coil up as much, plus its better for cast distance.

I’ve always wondered how far out those rocks are from where you’re standing.

What size line did you use in this vid?

Do the crappie sit low towards the bottom this time of year? I've fished that spot a few times but only the columns and the trees nearby

Nice crappies why you never use your b&M Russ Bailey signature series 8-footer

Hey Kid. Great fishing. I was just wondering how you were working your jig in the water. Obviously you're not straight reeling cause one bit it on the fall.
