I love Rockstar’s game making model. They’ll finish a game a year or two before release and just tell the guys ‘idk, just keep working on it.’

Fun fact:
If you're cooking your vegetables immediately after cutting, cross contamination from cutting on a board used for raw meat is not a concern. If it's all being put into the same pot, covered in water and boiled, it's going to cross contaminate in the pot, but it's going to cook off the bacteria. Realistically speaking, sharing a cutting board for stew isn't going to harm you.

I used to be a butcher and what he cut at the start is the front quarter of a deer. Those are actual cuts you make when you start to debone that specific quarter. If he would’ve cut them any different he would be cutting through what’s actually a big flat bone that’s the shoulder blade of the deer. That’s awesome to see 😎
