Theater company brings radio play version of 'It's a Wonderful Life' to the stage

It's a seasonal staple that you've probably seen plenty of times, but you most likely haven't heard it quite like this.

"It's a timeless classic," said director/performer Ben Britton. "You really want to be able to make the sound effects up on stage just like they would have in the 1940s."

The Sycamore Stage Theater Company in Heidelberg Township is preparing to bring the radio play version of "It's A Wonderful Life" to the stage, complete with detailed sound effects.
