I speak for my father on this again. It slows down Chinese Advance by a lot more than you can imagine they were just getting overrun everywhere .This man I can say and the others who told part in this mission save my father life and many, many others, and he, in turn, he give his life also. This man more than anything deserves The Medal Of Honor. So if any of his family members are still out there, all I can say is THANK YOU for my Father is thankful also he was one who told me a very, very long time ago

The Mig near the bridge was actually shot down by a jet, F9F-2, instead of F4U.
During the whole war, only one Mig 15 was shot down by F4U, from CVE118, and that was in late 1952, not in 1950

This movie did not get the love it deserved. Last time I can recall real Warbirds being used in a big budget war film was Dunkirk (2017) and Devotion had more of them too.

As far as realism and technical aspects of air combat are concerned, this move is as realistic as Buck Rogers.

Very nice, however the mig was pointing and firing and missing for so long and the corsair with one burst splashed the mig in a second. No comment.

Why did the Corsair and mig have their external fuel tanks still attached during combat….? That’s a rookie mistake guys. Common now. And the realism is dumb on this preview
