Did you ever search about React Native? Apps like Amazon, Discord, Office, Facebook use it. Certainly your apps don't have the amount of user as Amazon. I'd like to know what kind of app you need that needs more performance than Office

Flutter is likely not gonna replace react native. But tauri probably can replace electron.

The idea of mern stack and reactive native is that while the learning curve is high, once you learn it you have a cross platform tool. Using flutter you need to learn dart, using the other thing you need to learn rust. It's timesaving when you consider the time you spend learning and mastering your toolkit. It doesn't make sense to spread yourself thin when ram is hardly a issue in the modern world. My midrange $350 mobile phone has 16GB ram! (12GB RAM + 4GB VRAM). That's more than most low end to mid end laptops from couple of weeks back. RAM is getting cheaper.

I think doing Front End and Backend is very good by using JS(MERN Stack) but the fact that using Spring Boot + React would make things a lot faster, stable and scalable since Java is faster than JS if you are building a complex application....it depends on how big of an application you'd be creating and using JS everywhere is not cool rather using it at the right place is
